General

WPages (wpages.org) is a service that automatically generates websites (white pages): landing pages, blogs and online shops for a given topic, country and language.

By signing up or using the service, including via the API, you accept these rules. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

We may change these rules. The current version is always on this page; the update date is shown at the top. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new version.

Account

  • You need an account to place orders: sign in with Telegram or a confirmed email.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys safe and for all actions taken from your account. If a key leaks, reissue it in the “API” section.
  • Creating multiple accounts to get a promo code or referral rewards again is not allowed.

What you get

A finished static website: HTML and CSS, images, favicon, sitemap.xml and robots.txt, privacy policy, terms and a cookie banner. You can download it as an archive and host it anywhere.

A site is usually ready in 5–30 minutes; it can take longer at peak load. Design, copy and images are created automatically by neural networks and may contain inaccuracies — check the site before publishing.

If you do not provide business details (name, phone, address, company details), demo ones are used.

Prices and payment

  • Landing page — $1, blog — $1.50, online shop — $5 per site.
  • Top up your balance with cryptocurrency via OxaPay, from $5 to $5000 per payment. Funds are credited once the payment system confirms the payment.
  • The order price is deducted from your balance when you place the order. Price changes do not affect orders already paid for.
  • Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn back to a wallet or exchanged for money: they can only be spent on WPages orders. The balance does not expire.
  • If a payment went through but your balance was not topped up, contact support with the payment details.

Refunds to balance

The full amount is returned to your balance automatically if a site:

  • could not be generated;
  • was rejected by topic moderation;
  • was cancelled while still in the queue, before generation started.

Finished sites are not refunded, including when you do not like the design or copy: every new order produces a different site.

The exception is critical defects that ruin how the site looks: broken layout, all or almost all images fail to load, the site does not open. In that case contact support while the site is still stored and include a link to the order — we will refund the balance or regenerate the site for free.

Promo codes

  • Promo code 1FREE gives one free landing page or blog, once per account. Free sites are used before paid ones.
  • Promo codes cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.

Referral program

  • Every user has a referral link (the “Referrals” section). A user who follows it is attributed to you for 90 days after the visit if they sign up within that time.
  • You get 5% of the price of every completed paid site of the referred user. Free, failed and refunded sites earn nothing.
  • Rewards are credited to your WPages balance. Withdrawals are not available: referral earnings can only be spent on generating white pages in WPages.
  • Not allowed: signing up via your own link, faking sign-ups or orders, spam, bidding on ads for searches containing the WPages name, and promising on behalf of the service what it does not offer (e.g. “guaranteed ad approval”).
  • If these rules are broken, we may cancel rewards and disable the referral link.

Prohibited use

You may not order or use sites that:

  • sell or promote weapons, drugs or other prohibited goods and services;
  • themselves offer gambling or accept bets (online casinos, bookmakers);
  • contain pornography or adult content;
  • serve fraud or phishing: impersonate real companies, brands, banks or people, or lure out passwords, payment or personal data;
  • incite hatred or infringe the rights of others, including copyrights and trademarks.

We moderate order topics automatically. A prohibited topic (from the list above) is rejected and the money is returned to your balance.

If a topic breaks ad network policies (e.g. casinos or betting), the order is not rejected: the generator moves the site to a close related topic from white niches — sports, games, leisure. Such a white page can be used for an offer from that niche.

It is also prohibited to interfere with the service: bypassing API limits, probing for vulnerabilities without our consent, or flooding the service with requests.

For violations we may reject orders, restrict access or block the account.

Liability

  • The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a site will pass ad network moderation, be approved or generate income.
  • You are responsible for where and how you use the sites and for complying with the laws of your country, the target country and the rules of ad platforms.
  • We are not liable for decisions of ad networks, hosting providers, domain registrars and payment systems, or for service interruptions caused by them or by circumstances beyond our control.
  • In any case, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.

Rights to the sites

Generated sites belong to you: you may freely edit, publish and use them commercially. The service, its code, design and the WPages brand belong to us.

Storage and data

  • Finished sites are stored for 7 days after generation and are then deleted together with the leads submitted through their forms. Download the archive in time.
  • Files of failed, rejected and cancelled sites are deleted after 3 days.
  • We store your email and your order and payment history. Business details from an order are used only to generate the site. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except where required by law.

API

The API works with a key from the “API” section and is subject to these rules. Rate limits are described in the API documentation. Do not publish your key or share it with third parties.

Questions, payment disputes, complaints and refund requests for a defective site are handled via the “Support” section in your account: open a ticket and we will reply there.
